Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date
  • Customer must provide before and after photos with date stamps showing no visible results after 60 days of consistent daily use
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 60-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 60-day guarantee period
  • Refund requests without before and after photos with verifiable date stamps
  • Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 60-day period has passed

No exceptions are made beyond the 60-day money-back guarantee.

Returns of Unopened Product

Customers who have unopened, unused ampoules remaining after the 60-day guarantee period may return them for a refund of the unused product value under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • A valid order number must be provided
