Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, promotions, and holidays, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $80: $2.99 flat shipping
  • Orders $80 and over: FREE shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If you do not see tracking activity within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines shown on our product pages, delays may occasionally occur.

SeonaBiolabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require additional processing time and re-shipping fees.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us at contact@seonabiolabs.com as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order ships, but we cannot make changes once the package is in transit with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@seonabiolabs.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
